2021 Membership Renewal Support


It’s been an unusual year, and we’re not sure what’s ahead in 2021. CREW Network is committed to supporting you so we will extend the grace period for any member who has lost their job due to the pandemic. CREW Network will also offer payment plans for renewing and new members on a case-by-case basis.

 

Extension of Benefits for Unemployed Members

If you have lost your job but your goal is to find another job in the commercial real estate industry, you need your CREW now more than ever. CREW Network wants to extend the renewal grace period for up to six months if you are an existing (2020) member who has lost your job due to the pandemic (furloughs, terminations, lay-offs).

Affected members can apply to continue receiving membership benefits and access to your network connections through June 2021. When you have secured new employment, reach out to CREW Network Membership Coordinator Christa Lovitt to update your company information. At that time, Christa will provide you with an online invoice for your 2021 membership dues to ensure that your membership does not lapse after June 2021.

The application period will be Jan. 1, - Feb. 28, 2021.

Membership Dues Payment Plans

CREW Network's membership dues payment plan allows renewing members who need special consideration to pay in multiple payments. Requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to be considered for a payment plan, follow these steps:

  1. Request approval from your chapter’s president, treasurer, or administrator.
  2. If authorized, ask the chapter leader to forward approval to CREW Network Membership Coordinator Christa Lovitt at christal@crewnetwork.org.
  3. Fill out and submit the Payment Plan Contract by Feb. 14, 2021.

The payment plan is subject to the following requirements:

  • An email noting approval from an authorized chapter leader.

  • A valid credit card must be provided; will be used to process all installments

  • A signed contract returned by Feb. 14, 2021

Contracts received without a chapter authorization email will not be considered.

Installment schedule notes:

  • Installments will only be processed on the 10th or 25th of the month.

  • The first installment must be scheduled no later than Feb. 25, 2021.

  • The last installment must be scheduled no later than May 25, 2021.
