Membership Dues Payment Plan


It’s been an unusual year, and we’re not sure what’s ahead in 2021. CREW Network is committed to supporting you so we are offering payment plans for renewing and new members on a case-by-case basis.

 

Membership Dues Payment Plans

CREW Network's membership dues payment plan allows renewing members who need special consideration to pay in multiple payments. Requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to be considered for a payment plan, follow these steps:

  1. Request approval from your chapter’s president, treasurer, or administrator.
  2. If authorized, ask the chapter leader to forward approval to CREW Network Membership Coordinator Christa Lovitt at christal@crewnetwork.org.
  3. Fill out and submit the Payment Plan Contract by Feb. 14, 2021.

The payment plan is subject to the following requirements:

  • An email noting approval from an authorized chapter leader.

  • A valid credit card must be provided; will be used to process all installments

  • A signed contract returned by Feb. 14, 2021

Contracts received without a chapter authorization email will not be considered.

Installment schedule notes:

  • Installments will only be processed on the 10th or 25th of the month.

  • The first installment must be scheduled no later than Feb. 25, 2021.

  • The last installment must be scheduled no later than May 25, 2021.
